The mechanical scope

As the building’s preferred mechanical contractor, Denaeyer took on a complete mechanical-room overhaul at 4 & 6 Willow. The work includes demolition and replacement of the hydronic and domestic boiler systems supplied by PK in both buildings.

Coordinating the whole installation

Alongside its mechanical responsibilities, Denaeyer’s project role includes general contracting for engineering firm DEI—coordinating the project’s installation requirements with attention to quality and timing.
